My esthetician was very welcoming, super knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She has really done a great job taking care of my skin and helping me get prepared for my wedding.

She very knowledgeable in massage and asked what areas to focus on. She was also nice and friendly. She was professional throughout the message and even shut of the heated bed for me, before being asked.

During my visit to Hand and Stone, I was promptly checked in, only waited a few minutes in the very relaxing reception area and was then greeted by my massage therapist to head back. My therapist asked me what I'd like to have done, how I liked the pressure and made sure I felt comfortable. She was very thorough and friendly. We even laughed about a few things together towards the end. She also checked with me to make sure she relieved my problem areas. I felt like she really cared about doing a good job to ensure my happiness. Thank you!

Therapist was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I also love the atmosphere and kindness of the receptionists. And so glad to have options like aroma therapy and the heated beds back.
