Great service, and great options. Although I suggest giving a 10-20 minute nap option if the room if free. This could be for a small fee. I would pay an extra $10 to stay and take a 20 minute nap after a massage.

The appointment was easy to setup in a timely and efficient manner. The hygiene, social distance policy and safety was good. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable and skilled in delivering a great service.

I have been away for a while due to surgery in December 2019 and then the Covid Pandemic. I so enjoyed the time back I am already scheduled for more services next month and I am trying to get my spouse to go as well. I recommend the Apex location to all my friends and family.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was great. My therapist was very accomplished and was able to relieve a great deal of tension. She also was good at maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.

Has there been turnover. The first two massage therapists I requested no longer work there. Reasons why I selected 'highly satisfied' is professional, clean, and timely.

It was easy & I was made To feel Completely comfortable about coming in after quarantine by Appreciating all of the steps that Hand & Stone is taking to reduce the risk of exposure to the lingering virus. I felt trust in the associates I spoke with over the phone, interacted with in the reception area, and especially Peter, my massage therapist who was wonderful. He really used the right pressure and was extremely gifted & passionate about his work & caring for his clients needs. I’ll certainly be asking for him again, though I also have enjoyed all of the therapists at this location. They really have a healing touch.
