I hadn’t had a massage in forever and it was much needed. The therapist was great and she got all my knots out!

With the pandemic I felt completely comfortable coming in for a massage, based on all of the cleanliness that was taken.

I REALLY missed my massages and facialA during quarantine. Everyone was super cool with the new processes to help with sanitation. My esthetician, Nichole, was super friendly and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you all for bringing some normalcy back to my routine.

Everyone was knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. Everyone took precautions to be safe during this pandemic.

Debbie is an incredible therapist. One of the best I’ve ever had. Was able to relax and let my worries go while she worked on problem areas and gave an overall great massage.

Employees and clients should be screened at each appointment. Temperature checks should be performed. I was not asked if I had symptoms or been exposed or out of the country in past 30 days. Inadequate COVID-19 precautions. Rooms should have a pleasant relaxing smell. Rooms are very small and I was burdened with the thoughts of inadequate air handling system (not hospital grade) and how many other clients had been in the rooms. Covid-19 procedures were inadequate. Air filtration systems inadequate. Possibility of Air particle contamination was perceived as HIGH

The receptionist who assisted me with booking my appointment was very pleasant (sorry, I can't remember her name). Initially I wasn't going to book the facial due to my previous esthetician, Mallory, not being available, however, the receptionist assured me that Jamie was amazing, and she was absolutely right! Jamie did a great job! She recommended I try a detox mask which I agreed to. Here it is 3 days later and I can already see a tremendous improvement in my skin. I can't wait until my next facial!
