I enjoyed my massage and facial, both the esthetician and therapist were great - very helpful and friendly. The receptionist did not seem very nice at the check out, but I booked another appointment nevertheless

When I walked into Hand & Stone, I instantly felt relaxed. The waiting area was serene, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and I immediately felt welcome. My skin has never looked better, and I will absolutely be returning to Hand & Stone very soon.

The therapist was knowledgeable and applied firm pressure consistently. She chatted when I asked questions and was quiet when I was quiet. She cared greatly and was very knowledgeable about my areas of concern. I felt comfortable. The receptionist, Nicole, was very friendly and informed.
