I love the ambience of the spa. The staff are professional yet friendly and always so kind. My therapist, Latoya, has become a vital part of my “wellness program.” She is wonderful and has provided me with the most relaxing therapeutic massages I’ve ever had. I’ve already overcome several “ailments” since I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone. . Thank you so much!

My entire life, I have neglected to take care of myself in regards to stress and my body. I finally decided - after five years being the last time I had one - to get a facial. I looked online, and booked at Apex as it had an available same-day appointment. I drove from NC State campus all the way to Apex, and when I stepped in the spa, I immediately felt like the stress of the world melted away. Smells amazing, clean, soft tones, gentle lighting, FRIENDLY and AMAZING receptionists, and SO kind and gentle (even though I'm an anxious person!). The bathroom is SO COOL - the toilet was heated (I LOVED it!) and the ambiance of Taylor's workroom was unreal. She was gentle and patient with me, helped me to understand what the steps were, communicated and educated, and the second I was in the towel and under that warm blanket, I was IN HEAVEN. I left feeling like a new person, and I honestly am beyond excited for my next appointment. Taylor did the microderm on my face, and it took off bad spots I didn't even know I had! I honestly could have just fallen asleep, it was the most relaxing experience I can recall. Thank you for helping improve my quality of life! See you soon!
