Front desk staff member was extremely helpful and understanding. She is VERY customer service focused!

Convenience of scheduling online is a plus. There were multiple options that matched my availability. Staff is great!

I think my massage therapist did a very good job and paid attention to my comments on sore areas. She also provided pointers on how to improve circulation. Overall, very good.

Ambiance was very relaxing and soothing. The entire spa was immaculately clean. Everyone was extremely nice.

My skin felt amazing when I left and I was able to add some extra services.

This was my first time at a Hand and Stone. I live in Apex so this new location is convenient for me. Nicole M. gave me a fantastic facial, paid extra attention to problem areas, was very knowledgeable about products she used on me, and suggested products for my skin type without being pushy. BTW I have coworkers at my job in Cary who live in Fuquay and when I told them about my facial they all said they wish there was a store location in Fuquay too. :)

Jeff was very thorough and I had the best massage in ages. If anything, please try to keep him on staff as there seems to be a lot of turnover at your location. He knows what he's doing and I have already booked more appointments for him. Thank you.
