The therapist knew what we had talked about on other occasions. She also could tell by feel which muscle group needed more time. I was very impressed by this type of massage I left feeling like new.

They had many appointments available with only a week out. I struggle booking appointments at the Cary and Raleigh locations relates to availability. I normally like to look a week in advance. No problems with this location. Everything went so smoothly. I even brought two Friends along and they enjoyed as well.

It’s very relaxing and I do feel like my face responds favorably to the treatment. I also enjoy talking to/with Haley.. who I’ve been seeing since my first visit.

At booking the receptionist was extremely efficient in finding a time for my daughter to have a facial and for me to have a massage. My massage therapist JoJo was awesome. The right amount of pressure extremely knowledgeable. Best massage yet!

Desperately need a good mobile app to book and view appointments. Booking online is ok, but everyone has an app these days. If you don't, you're way behind....invest in this and you'll be glad you did. Also, there should be some incentive for booking multiple sessions in the same month. Others do this. Don't you want loyal patrons to book more often??

Hand & Stone has been great for a place to get rid of tension in my back. When I tell the masseuse specific areas to focus on they do a great job. I really enjoy getting my massage membership from here.

I’ve had an issue with this place previously - I booked a facial and a massage, one after another (massage first). When I arrived, I was told that they made numerous attempts to contact me (I checked - this meant one phone call attempt) and I was unreachable. Turned out the masseuse called in sick that day, so I’d have to wait an hour for the facial; I didn’t want to do that since I already drove for nothing, so they rescheduled me for the Memorial Day. I think it just left the feeling that the reception staff is not too competent and friendly; not too mention I still haven’t received a refund for when I cancelled my membership and was charged twice for a service - I received these two packages to use for that inconvenience.
