Stephanie was great. This was the first time that I had her after my previous therapist left H&S and I knew I had to find someone new - I'm so happy with her!! Definitely will keep her!

The estheticisn was knowledgeable addressing my questions. She was personable.

Masseuse was nice. She was good at massaging. Soothing voice and personality. Ambiance was peaceful.

Zoe, my massage therapist, was friendly and thorough in addressing my needs but also following through with requests. She was the perfect level of communicative making sure pressure and technique were comfortable/effective. She was excellent all around.

Why do you think I received a massage? I am a skincare customer. It is annoying that you don't know that and only asked me questions about massages. I answered all of them either n/a or ' neither satisfied nor dissatisfied'.

Was very satisfied with my massage. Brittney was very friendly and my massage with Britney was the best of the three I had at the Apex location.

Leah was amazing! She took me back as soon as I got there and helped me decide which facial to choose! She was very knowledgeable and took her time! I will definitely schedule another appointment with her :)

The staff members at the front desk were very sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome. My esthetician was very friendly, kind, personable and did a great job educating me about products and ways to help my skin moving forward. This was my first facial and I really enjoyed the experience. Thank you.
