Hand and Stone

I have found a really great massage therapist, Debbie who I plan to come back and see regularly. Her skill in massage therapy is clear and she has great technique. On my appointment previous to this I had pain in my shoulder which she was able to treat and it healed within a week. Otherwise, she has been a key part of how I’ve been able to lower my stress and anxiety. I am also happy with the location and proximity to my home.

Debbie represents Hand and Stone to a high level. Very professional and and knowledgeable. Made my experience exceptional.

Tabatha was very kind and a great massage therapist. I probably talk too much but she didn’t seem to care or mind next time. I won’t talk so much but I enjoyed her and would like to use her the next time also.

Facility members are very friendly

I love my massage therapist. She is amazing and I feel so much better after I see her. Using this as a part of physical therapy is important for me and she listens to me when I explain how I’m feeling. I don’t know what I would do with out her!

The air vent in the massage room needs to be cleaned. There was significant accumulation of dust. The air filter was also very dusty and loud. Otherwise the room was very clean.

Tabitha is an amazing therapist!

Danielle is an amazing therapist. She really pays attention to the clients needs. She communicates with clients making sure they are comfortable. Making sure the right amount of pressure is applied. She responds to questions very professionally. Glad she is my therapist.

My gift card had a bit of a problem. The front desk young woman was very patient and spoke with the manager while I was in my massage. The manager decided to comp my visit and i only had to leave a tip for my masseuse. I did not expect that at all and I am so appreciative of the manager to do that. I will definitely be back and will highly advise all my friends and relatives to book massages and others services there at the Apex store. This experience mad my massage and relaxation last even longer!

Staff is friendly and professional. Location is close to my home and easy to park. I love feeling pampered!
