Staff changes constantly

I do not feel consult time or questions on if I want additional products should in part of my message time. Message time should be for time actually being messaged. Consistency between individuals messaging and the type of message given would be better. Recent message therapist left some places out or off that were not requested to be left out.

Highly satisfied would mean perfection. Satisfied is just fine with me.

Seemed hard to find a time to book an appointment.

Every time I come into the office it is to relax however I'm met with more sign offs and paperwork. While I understand the need to re-up documents at times, certainly this is not something that needs done at every appointment. It's way out of control and irritating. This also sets the tone for the appointment which is disheartening.

The massage was fine and it helped with my back pain. The receptionist didn't seem to know or have access to much information though. I was given a gift card for my birthday and I had used it on a previous visit and I'm pretty sure I had a balance left on it but the receptionist wasn't able to find that information so it left me a bit perturbed.

I had a great experience at the spa, I do think the waiting room could be more "zen" like to help start the relaxation process. The lights were bright and it felt a bit like being in the makeup section of a department store. Overall, the staff were friendly and professional and I enjoyed the products.

Felt like I was hurried to take membership, saying I have to pay enrollment fee of 40$ if it not done at that moment. Also, I was told I will get 5000 free points if I take the membership, but I found out it was only 500 points after getting home.

I had no issues with my appointment or cleanliness. My massage therapist was also great. The only thing that I have struggled with is high therapist turnover. The people I like keep leaving.
