I was satisfied with the facial. However, when I made the appointment they told me it was for 8:45 PM, and the estheticianist as I learned it was actually 9 PM which is why I had to wait so long. Also, I had called in the late afternoon to say if a cancellation happened earlier in the evening, please contact me as I am available. This did not happen!

The costs keep going up and up. With a $20. tip it now costs me $100. to get a simple facial with no extras.

Price too costly. Appointments not available.

It seems like hand and stone may have upped their cost for a 50 min massage. It was much more expensive than I remember. I don’t feel the massage was worth the $150 I spent (with tip).

I have written to you before about the awful bookkeeping at your apex Nc site. I have never even received the courtesy of a response. Very unprofessional. We have lost several packages on multiple occasions due to our inability to see our records online and to ensure the location is properly allocating packages.

I don’t like the upsell experience. That said, when I declined, I wasn’t pressured and I appreciated that.

The last massage was less than satisfying because the specific problem areas weren't addressed. The available times were also problematic because of a busy family schedule. Lastly, I have recently lost my job so the cost of the program is problematic.

After going there for months they now told me I can only use a certified person because I had a few lymph nodes removed. I go to other places as well and no one has ever given me a problem. It is hard to get an appointment with one.
