Reception at arrival should have been more detailed fir a first time. Massage therapist Josephine was excellent. My husband had bought a gift card. He was told it was 2 massages and tip. It ended up being barely 1 massage, staff was somewhat rude, had no idea what to do. This was a gift card so I had no idea how much he paid. I think front end staff need to be better trained in friendly customer service. Very clean, nice place but staffcan do way better for someone's first visit.

Only issue was that I wanted a 90 min appt and couldn't get one and had to settle for 60 min

It is very hard to determine how I to redeem points. I receive emails about earning upgrades and free services, but I don't think that each email I receive amounts to an upgrade. I think I am receiving the email based on the points that I have accumulated. The emails are confusing. I built up quite a few "packages" during the Covid peak and now I want to use them. Sometimes I am allowed to use my packages to pay for upgrades, but other times not. There is no consistency in how my packages are applied to my services. Also, I have yet to receive a satisfactory answer on how an exceptional facial differs from a classic facial. I have not been able to tell the difference. Overall, I enjoy visiting Hand and Stone. I wish the pricing and points were more obvious.

I was booked for a 90 minute but wasn’t told. I assumed it was 60. I had to use 2 sessions, I would have upgraded it f I had known

I booked online a facial with a Diamond Glow add on and when I arrived they said that didn’t book. They said there are problems with the online booking and better to call.

Did not receive a warm towel after massage, did not receive massage for 50 minutes.
