I would prefer full hr of massage versus 45 mins

The pressure was occasionally too intense - like holding pressure on a pressure point was too firm and too long. I would like more time spent on hands and feet, but I did not specifically ask for that (so my fault). Room was a little cool this last time. Finally, I feel like it is never an hour - just a few minutes shy...I thought appointments were an hour? I could have misunderstood?

I received a great massage. Anthony asked me if I was alright and if I was comfortable. Was very respectful and made me feel comfortable. The massage was amazing. I will be returning to get another massage from Anthony and a facial.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first experience with a massage therapist. I'm not sure that the hot rocks added much to it after paying extra for it. I will likely try the regular treatment next time.

It’s touted as being an hour massage but it’s only 50 min so it’s not really $70 for an hour massage it would be $84 for a full hour, which isn’t that great of a price for a committed monthly membership

I do find it difficult to find available times on the weekend unless I book at least a month in advance. I also find it difficult to schedule 90 minute time slots at convenient times. I understand that this is a "me" problem and not necessarily the fault of the spa.

It’s just a facial, not brain surgery.

The therapist was very good at asking what my needs were. I think Appointment availability is a problem.
