Issues with finding my membership in the system when I provide receipt of purchase

They seem to pushy on selling me a membership after I told them that I was not interested.

The staff continues to turn over. They also have not proactively helped me with using the rewards I have saved up. On top of that the appointment times have been harder to come by and it's been hard to get someone on the phone and the prices continue to increase.

Didn’t see cucumber water like the high house location has available. Didn’t get a chance to add on more services

My appointment was supposed to be at 4:00. I was there at 3:50 and waited until 4:15. I also added a 15 min head massage that was rushed because even after running late I was still done at 5:05

While I was waiting for my massage, the receptionist inappropriately discussed payment and cost of massage in front of other customers. I was sitting across the room (10+ feet) and she was trying to speak to me about these things. I was already aware of the cost. And I understood that I was paying for non-introductory service. I chose the correct service online ahead of time.

I was told to fill out my medical forms to update it, but updating should mean that my old information should already be in the system so I don't have to complete everything again. Wasn't offered any water after my massage. Front end staff were not there when I was finished - had to wait.

I’m happy with how quickly I was checked into my appointment to actually getting to the massage room. I also appreciate how relaxed my experience left me after the session.

I addressed this with the receptionist at the end of our visit. My daughter had bruises from her massage and both of us were very dissatisfied with our massages as we stated at the end of our visit to the receptionist.

Very few available appointments when I tried to book; appointment started late.
