billing was screwed up royally

Massage technically started at 3:37 and ended at 4:25. Less than 50 mins. Also asked for head massage but didn’t get any. I pretty much felt the same before and after the massage. Have already complained to people I talked to.

The therapist is good, but it's expensive to continue to add the hot stones and Himalayan stones but those seem more effective. The rooms are nice but the ambient noise from opening doors and etc in the hallway can be distracting (also I was in room 1 this might be unique to this room). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Therapist is very good

I was very satisfied with my experience. The overall massage was great. The staff was friendly.

My face had a reaction to the products used. My face was burning and a cold compress was applied to my face. My face continued to burn the rest of the day.

Massage therapists I like keep leaving hard to find a new one

The therapist did not use appropriate pressure. Did not spend enough time on my specific areas I told her to concentrate on. She massaged my feet and I specifically told her not to. She was late after I went on the table and didn't make up for it. She never asked about pressure.

Massage ended early, therapist a little gruff

It's been a good experience over all, not a great one for a number of reasons. With that and some changes to our own finances, we're probably not going to continue our membership at this time.
