Jason was competent and professional and this was first hot stone massage. I enjoyed it but it wasn’t exceptional.

For a large portion of the massage, the masseur only used 1 hand. Maybe this is normal, but I wondered where the other hand was during these times.

I like scented oils (like eucalyptus), which enhances the experience even more and that was not offered or used. I think if I had a choice of massage oil to be used, I would have given it the highest rank.

Some challenges locating a gift card previously purchased. Was told on the phone during scheduling that two $99 gift cards were available but only one card was in the store. Receptionist had to call management to try to resolve. Still uncertain where the 2nd gift card is and requires additional investigation for me and the center. Overall, the service was great and I will return.

Wish the massage would begin face down. It’s easier to get comfortable while still alone. Starting face up makes it difficult to adjust on to your stomach while in mid-massage

Some room for improvement with front desk. Front desk staff unfamiliar with phone checkin process, apparently this isn't being followed any longer despite the sign on the door? Also, unfamiliar with upgrade packages. I had to ask and got the wrong answer. Was told that that was an old product, no longer offered. My therapist addressed this for me. Extremely happy with my massage, just need to work on a few things at the desk.

My location recently raised prices and there are competitors that charge less for the monthly membership. It’s also hard to get massage appointments because they are understaffed
