I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to get in and during this time the front desk did not acknowledge the delay at all - did not offer to see why it's running late or any other attention in any form.

Confusion and understanding of what the membership covers and doesn’t cover, also understanding how the points work, coupons, and being charged the right amounts after my appointments. Sometime the front desk staff isn’t the friendliest or most helpful. Otherwise my therapist is always great & helpful with my aches and pains.

I booked 60 minutes facial, but actually just 45 minutes or less, and massage is not enough.

My husband booked the appointment online as a surprise for me. The day of the appointment, I was called and asked for my credit card information after my husband supposedly paid for it online. It was confusing and I was treated as if I had done something wrong.

Have had therapist before and pressure was great. Therapist had shoulder pain and was not able to apply the deep pressure desired.

This was a new massage therapist to me. I was told that my previous therapist no longer works at my hand and stone location. The appointment was delayed for some reason, then when I was brought back to the massage room, I felt like the therapist was trying to promote/sell additional services. I feel that was time wasted that could have been spent on the actual massage.

Scheduling was difficult as was offered dates that weren’t available. Only after booking couples massages and directly asking was I told not same room

The massage was supposed to last 50 minutes. It started at 3:10, and she was out of the room at 3:52

Reminds me of Massage Envy which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I’m just looking for a more individualized experience/environment from a more independent massage therapist.

I felt admin stuff were somewhat rude when I was trying to adjust my membership status due to pre existing health conditions. I feel receptionists or the message therapist were doing a pretty good job.
