Continous misunderstanding with the receptionist, she is always kind of rude, does not pay attention to what I ask for, zero customer service attitude. Also, availability is always a problem, since I started the membership I had a last minute cancellations, I even tried to cancel my membership and the forgot about following up...

Room was cold - the therapist did give me an extra blanket which helped but I was still cold. I have had problem understanding how to use my packages that have built up over the quarantine period. I was under the impression that I could use 1 1/2 packages for a 80 min massage and ended up having to use 2 so I wasted half a package.

Wonderful experience! However, I am still very nervous about the pandemic. I did notice that gloves were not used but am not sure if it is a requirement. I signed up for a membership but am rethinking my comfort level and may cancel.

The receptionist was not incredibly friendly. She got the job done, but did not make me feel welcome. She seemed very efficient at her job, just wasn’t personable.

I am not really a spa person. No complaints. I did not see an improvement in my skin but I had not had a facial for two years so not a surprise.
