Massage pressure was not heavy enough

Front office staff was extremely friendly. The attention to detail and cleanliness especially in the Covid-19 scare was above and beyond. The massage therapist was very thorough

My massage therapist asked me for my concerned areas. I told her and she confirmed them and then throughout the massage did not show any extra attention to them.

I felt pampered and had her total time for me. Music was calming and relaxing. I nearly fell asleep 💤.

I would like the flexibility of not having to come every month. The membership should be structured that way.

I have been to this location twice. The first therapist was not very friendly and did not do my addons I requested with front desk. Did not ask about the temperature or tell me she could adjust it. And I was freezing. I didn't say anything because I felt she was unapproachable. The second time, the therapist was very nice. She targeted the area well. Howver, she talked non stop. This made it very un relaxing.

I never said i am not satisfied with this place i love it.

I was disappointed that my feet were not rubbed. I don’t think I got the full 50 minutes. Other than that it was good.

The massage oil seems really oily and greasy compared to others and I feel I smell like cooking oils after. I have to schedule my appointments so I can go home and shower after because the smell bothers me that much and it is in my hair even though my hair is pulled up and has a towel over it. I have tmj and get facial and neck massages frequently and don’t need to shower like I do after I go to hand and stone. I am at the point of considering changing to a different company just because of the oil/lotion

I enjoyed the people and atmosphere but mostly the massage was amazing!
