Once I found the right therapist it has been a wonderful experience. However, there have been a few that were extremely unprofessional. However, when I brought it to the receptionist attention, I felt heard and they made an effort to make it right.

There’s a tendency to push products and services. I find it distasteful. I’m fortunate to not have problem kin and really like the classic facial.

It seems silly that sensitive skin upgrade costs more when the normal stuff hurts the skin. Other than that nice experience.

Therapist was not friendly and didn’t try to assure I was comfortable on the table. The room was very cold and this was in December. Temp was set for the comfort of the therapist not the undressed client.

When I booked the appointment, it was my understanding that I would be using two of my packages for the treatment I booked. When I left, it was three sessions plus $20ish. Apparently I was up sold, and I did not know this happened. This, on top of raising membership prices makes me feel like I could get the same services from an actual spa at the same price.

The overall experience was not as relaxing as I would like. I would like a more luxurious environment. The music is a little too up beat and not as relaxing as some massage studios I have been to.

Pricing given for Dermabrasion was different from two different people. Receptionist gave me a different price then what was given to me by my esthetician Tiffanie.

Did not feel relaxing. Did not seem to use very many massage techniques (such as the ones I’ve had in the past with other therapists). Fast movements (not relaxing), loud noises opening and closing cabinets and getting lotion/oil out of container, not the same attention on both sides of body, did not massage feet at all. Started late and ended a few minutes early. I hate to be negative, but I’ve had many messages at several H&S locations and this was my least favorite experience.
