Did not feel relaxing. Did not seem to use very many massage techniques (such as the ones I’ve had in the past with other therapists). Fast movements (not relaxing), loud noises opening and closing cabinets and getting lotion/oil out of container, not the same attention on both sides of body, did not massage feet at all. Started late and ended a few minutes early. I hate to be negative, but I’ve had many messages at several H&S locations and this was my least favorite experience.

The facial was good but I was taken in after the start time and it ended early. I think it was about 40 minutes overall when it should have been 50 minutes.

I am satisfied with my experience. I would like to see lower rates for membership.

It was not a hide deal to me, but having my appointment start about 10 minutes late but a little disappointing. No one acknowledged the late start time or apologized. Other than this, this entire appointment was great.

Facial used microdermabrasion without discussion. Microdermabrasion and the peel she recommended was very expensive. Massage was very good.

Had a massage the day before the facial. Was my sister’s guest. Was asked about an area I wanted to focus on with respect to the massage and I said shoulders. Therapist didn’t touch my shoulders the entire massage which I found odd. I was the last appointment of the night. That could have been the issue. Employee said she was tired. Also my sister who works on the road finds it very difficult to use her massage packages she’s paid for before they expire and it seems there are too many restrictions.

I was told over the phone when I was scheduling my massage that it would be an hour massage and it was less than 50 mins. I feel that more time was spent with the therapist walking around the room and not starting on the massage.

I expected the massage to be better than it was. I felt like things were a little rushed to get to all the body part5s she was suppose to massage. I got an extra service for a hand massage and felt that was also rushed.

This was my 3rd visit. should have surveyed first two. I've been to 3 different locations seeking a best experience. Meadowmont was terrible. Guy was terrible (earbud music played the whole time, fan on in room, never checked pressure). Each time i filled out paperwork they did not look for my requests. why do i fill it out if its not gonna get read (example - this massage was for relaxation and stress reduction. she was very good but I left feeling beat up- asked twice to ease pressure). The aromatherapy lasted 3 breaths that was it. I've had massages when away on vacations. I really wanted to find someone who I could call my 'regular' I not sure how much longer I want to keep paying to come back and find the right person. Also- this last visit i think i was over charged. Used 2 credits to cover my upgrade and she also took my coupon. This mathematically is an overcharge. Not trying to be a complainer but its always been something. Think it would be better to go every other month and pay $120 for a quality experience.
