My first appointment at the Apex location was in March. At the time I signed up for the membership program. At my second apt they had no record of my apt and I had to leave, even though I made the apt in person after my first apt. Every time I have gone there has been a problem with billing, I'm not in the computer system, I'm not on the schedule etc. After four tries.. I'm done! BYE

My facial was scheduled from 4 to 5 and was disappointed my facial ended at 4:48. The facial began around 4:10 so I felt like I did not receive the amount of time I paid for. Besides that, I enjoyed my facial

Appt was not confirmed when I scheduled via website; I had to call and make sure they received my request. Scheduled 80 min massage and got a 50 min. Had deep tissue massage and experienced more pain the following day compared to where I started.

This is the second time I smelled of old oil when I got home. The first was after essential oil fragrance was added and the old oil smell still came through. Never had this happen before.

This was my fourth visit to the Apex location. Every time except for the first time there has been some type of confusion with the computer system. I made my second apt after my first massage in person. When I showed up for the second massage I was told I did not have an appt. Every time I go there is a new front desk person, which is fine, but make sure they are trained. My last visit they could not even find me in the computer. Finally, after ten minutes the receptionist told me there were 2 accounts under my name. I suggested "perhaps you could delete the incorrect one". Really makes me question what is going on and do I trust them with my credit card info.

I called and left a message and they never returned my call. I was running errands and made a stop in to check if they had any open appointments, they got me right in and were very kind. The music playing was a bit too upbeat for me. I am not keen on the chair waiting area between a facial and massage, its not very comfortable and awkward. I wish that there was a more relaxing space to wait. During the massage I could also hear some banging and talking in the rooms around me.

Esthetician continued using wax that was too HOT even after I said that it was too hot. She did not remove all the hairs in my bikini area. She left multiple stray hairs that she should have removed. Very displeased about the final result. I shouldn't need to go home and shave immediately after receiving a full Brazilian.

$50 seems expensive to have creams put on your face. Even though I appreciated my facial person very much and she was very nice and friendly, I thought it was going to be more relaxing, and less talking. Like a massage, but for your face. And maybe a little shoulder massage.
