it was my first visit to this location and I will evaluate again when I'm able to return to compare.

In all the times I’ve been there this is only the third massage I’ve been satisfied with. Some of your people are less qualified then I’d prefer. The one facial I had there was a total waste of my time and money. I understand the person is no longer employees by you however that doesn’t give me my time or money back.

My masseuse was excellent. He hit the right areas that were completely knotted up. The receptionist was friendly. The only item I wish I had been able to do was try the water enhancers...coconut was ok but I didn't want to buy the others before trying them.

I had an appt time at 9am and when I got there the store was locked . The place called me later to apologize and make another time but I wasn’t apologized to at all about the screw up. I emailed headcorders and haven’t heard back yet.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Would like a transition quiet room before/ after the massage.

Most of the therapists are starting out and need to work on their skill level

Very small business, new esthetician, appointment started 20 minutes late, went with my husband who's appointment started even later than mine, he was supposed to get a special scalp rub to make up for how late his appointment started and did not receive this

Everything was great (loved the girl that did my facial) and I was planning to come back soon, but after the receptionist gave me the sales pitch, which was fine, I said no thank you and she followed it up with "Why?" The tone of that why was like she couldn't believe that I wouldn't buy in right then, so I said, "Because I do not want to." She said nothing else to me except the amount of my charge. The receptionist working with her was friendly and thanked me for my visit, but this girl did not. Rude question. Rude response.

My therapist no longer works at hand & stone. I have tried several other therapists but none as good. I’m now trying a couple other H&S local places with their therapists. If can’t find one that is like the one who left I will discontinue my membership.

I was satisfied with my facial. Chevy was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxing experience.
