Hand and Stone

I was satisfied with my facial. Chevy was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxing experience.

Lack of receptionist knowledge of policy. Waited past appointment time with no acknowledgement of why. Seemed time was short with therapist.

Overall it was a good experience, however my esthetician asked if I wanted to add another type of facial during the facial I was getting and I didn’t know it cost extra. In the future I’d like to know if it’s going to cost extra beforehand.

I do not enjoy the sales pitch that immediately follows your massage. You come out of the room all relaxed and then you are hit with a for lack of a better term, used car salesperson trying to sell you a membership. It quite frankly ruined the experience. It is why I stopped going to massage envy and why I will not be returning to your establishment.

Massage was not very good

The pressure used by the massage therapist wasn't constant. It was too light in some areas, and didn't feel like a massage, more of her just running her hands over me.

Britney my massage therapist was sweet, but she was late, which caused my massage to run short. She seemed stressed or rushed or something bc she massaged me quickly and at times aggressively. She didn’t seem to have the knowledge of how to give a proper massage. I prayed for her bc she seemed like she was having a bad day and maybe she was. She may be a fantastic masseuse and was just having an off day. Bless her. I usually have a great experience at Hand & Stone. I plan to return.

Room was near an entry/exit & therefore disruptive. Therapist is usually fantastic but I could tell she was tired & needed a massage herself

Everything was great and relaxing until checkout when I felt the woman was very pushing about the monthly membership and then showed that she was annoyed after I continually told her it was not in my budget. Not a great way to end a great massage.

I was satisfied. I’ve had better facials and I’ve had worse facials. So saying I am satisfied means exactly that. Satisfied!
