I was NOT dissatisfied with the receptionist. I’m not sure why that came up. I was Most satisfied with her (and she was new) and my esthetician. I spoke with the manager about her not honoring a coupon from another hand & stone. It just didn’t leave me with a special felling - like I like when I spend so much money.

I would rather not have to talk about things not pertaining to the massage. I really do not want to have a conversation during a massage. I felt obligated to talk which took a little away from the experience

Our appointment got cancelled, and we were told we'd get a free add-on with our next appointment. However, we were charged for the add-on, and even when we used a promotional card, we still had to pay above and beyond that. Also, we asked for a 2:00pm appointment and were told we got that. But when we got the text message the day of the appointment, it said 1:00pm. We would have missed the appointment had we not gotten that text.

Whittany is wonderful & im thrilled when I get her on the line or in person bc I have no doubt everything will be taken care of! I recommended Ben to my husband after our 1st sess & hope that my membership & the H&S team can help us feel better

The massage room was freezing cold. The massage therapist did a great job of offering extra blankets and using the table warmer. However, if the A/C in the reception area isn’t working, not crank up the cold air in the back and freeze out your clients during services. the temperature in the back is far more important and what actually matters to the customers far more than the front.

Therapist was not “connected” while doing massage; afterwards found out she was leaving. Two good therapists leave in a short amount of time is disconcerting...

It was a good experience. I have had better massages. Romm music was not to my liking and a bit loud. I did not mention it however. Had difficulty finding my membership.

I was satisfied with my massages and there are great membership benefits. I love coupons and they give a few so that’s helpful on saving money. I’ve had an overall great experience.
