One of my pet peeve‘s with Hand And Stone is an hour massage should take an hour a 90 minute massage should take 90 minutes . Another issue I had was my masseuse talked a good part of the 90 minutes that I was there and my idea of a relaxing massage is to be quiet I think a professional masseuse should know this and I should not have to say that I would like to be quiet during my massage.

I was highly satisfied with my first experience at Hand and Stone, in Apex. The receptive staff were friendly and welcoming, the process was quick and easy, and my therapist (Andrew) was very attentive, highly knowledgeable, and effective in relieving my problem areas and overall relaxation.

From scheduling appt with Whitney and the knowledge she provided on Mario therapist was great .

The HVAC was loud and the vent was positioned directly over my oily back causing an uncomfortable chill. Apparently the problem is trying to be resolved . I’ve never experienced anything like that in all the years I’ve visited spas. Please fix the AC !

Overall it was a great experience. There was a misunderstanding about appointment dates and no one called with a reminder like I was told they would.

Awkward waiting room area.. not relaxing. Felt like front desk personnel were sharing customer private info - no idea if they really were, but it was uncomfortable. Treatment room was not well insulated from noise - could hear customers talking in the hallway.
