Good great games food could have been better

Good service

Had a coupon for $40 of play for only $20 and D&B is always fun on a Saturday night for a date. The bathrooms did need some tending to though but everything else was great.

Power card kept giving us an error message and the hostess did not exchange it for a new one and kept telling us to keep trying. Was disappointed in the customer service of the hostess.

Great food. Game area is too loud and chaotic without dance games. Disappointed with the gaming options

Had a coupon and decided to visit to play in the arcade. We had fun and were able to get a good amount of playtime in for what we paid. The staff we actually interacted with were friendly.

Fun games and good food

First off, let me say that I am not a "game" type person. That does not appeal to me as a way I want to spend my free time. I went to Dave & Buster's as a chaperone for a middle school trip and the students had a great time. The staff in our party room were absolutely the best. Even with 65 students crammed in the room, they were calm, orderly and kind. While I would probably not choose to visit Dave & Buster's for a personal date night, it was a great place for the students and they had a blast.
