Had called in a reservation and after we got there they said they don't take reservations.

The food was decent, but the prices seemed fairly high; however, I really enjoyed the free game pass for paying an extra $5. Also, I lost a stuffed animal toy that I won for my daughter, and I was disappointed that the staff couldn't do anything about it or even give extra credit points so I could try to win it again our offer me something's also, the jewelry crab game seemed rigged.

The redemption center could use some better prizes and the games are way too expensive. It costs 10 points to play the Pirates wheel there where alley cats is only 4 and you can win twice as many tickets

We use this facility for training, the food warmers caught fire MANAGER had to come help me extinguish the fire. The room was full of smoke, and the food burned

my family went there to celebrate a birthday and it took 2.5 hours to bring food and drinks and everything was cold. no one came to refill drinks. the waiter was serving a party of 20 by herself n still didn't take care of us. we
