Therapist kept asking if temperature of stones OK and pressure oK. Therapist remembered my previous visits and trouble spots. Time went quickly, I was so relaxed.

The therapist made sure to work on my troubled areas. When I couldn't relax he was prompting me what I needed to do. He checked in at various times to make sure I was ok with the amount of pressure being used.

Sheila is a wonderful massage therapist. She listened to my needs and acted accordingly. She seems very knowledgable about the human anatly and the reasons for specific problems. Also, the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
