Masseuse very good

Was suppose to be booked for 80 minutes. Ouestioned therapist after massage and she said she only had 50 minutes down. Receptionist gave me another 30 minutes next time I come in. Handled in the right way.

The therapist was knowledgeable and effective.

My therapist Karlee is very knowledgeable. She knew the names of the muscles that were bothering me and taught me stretching techniques to use at home. There was one area on my back that was tight, and it gave her pause. She said she was going to research the problem area and determine the best course of action to take. Karlee said she would discuss what she learned during my next visit. Karlee is at model employee. Very professional but also personal. She remembers things we have discussed in previous appointments. She always checks in frequently during the session to insure the pressure is acceptable and if she is meeting my needs. I will continue my membership because of her.
