It was great . Only thing to improve is recommend things I might not have tried .

Abigail was very friendly and knowledgeable! She made me feel very comfortable during my first facial! The room was very relaxing!

The esthetician made me very comfortable with her knowledge and experience with the facial. She let me know the difference between the facials and what would work best for me. She also remembered me from the week before as i was asking about the products that I had and answered my questions about the other products that another esthetician had recommended for me from when I had joined during my visit in Florida. The only recommendations I have is to make it easier to add someone to my membership. With that being said my daughter lives in Florida. In order to add her i have to know what day shes wanting to make an appointment. It would be much easier to just add her too mine since I live in ohio.

The theipst.s great.she ask .lotion or oil I said oil.ws surprised when charged 30.00 for the oil.never been charged before..should tell the client the price of the oil before using....so ya or na.only complaint I had.the lady was great that done my message..will ask for her again.Thanks.

I arrived early and was able to go right in. The ladies at the front seat were very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

My therapist is friendly and always meets my needs. I will miss her — not sure if I will find another at Hand n Stone who will satisfy me. I did have another therapist once when mine was ill —- it was not as satisfying. Will depend on if I get another therapist that I like as well.

Im a diabetic and had to have special meals on this trip. I really appreciated that all legs of my flight were taken into account and I didnt have to reassign again on my return flight.
