Exactly what I was looking for in a massage!

Emily always pays attention to my needs. She changes pressure based upon my comfort. The extra services I can add on are excellent.

I always like to try and book a massage for 1.5-hrs but it was not confirmed upon my arrival even though I had spoken to the receptionist at the time of scheduling my appt. to book 1.5-hrs. Upon my exit I asked why my appt wasn’t booked for 1.5-hrs. I didn’t receive a reply, so I believe it was booked but the information was never communicated to the therapist. A bit frustrating that staff didn’t admit to their error. I would have appreciated honesty more than ignoring my question and redirections of asking me by asking to leave a tip and how my massage went. My recommendation would be to train those managing the front desk on what to do to take corrective action when errors are made.

Cathy was nice and did a good job with my facial. She also waxed my face and provided advice on how to best care for my skin going forward.

I love this Hand and Stone location. Not only are the receptionists helpful, but the therapist I see is amazing. He takes the time to really understand pain areas and ensure I am comfortable.

Good price for the service and ease of appointment. The massage therapist was very good. The service was as expected and professional.
