Good experience.

I am 82 and have skin like an iguana. So even a tiny bit of improvement is noticeable.It feels pretty smooth. All the hot towels and products and massage is bound to help. I need to work on the bags under my eyes. I loved the chair massage too. Angelique and Nicole were both remarkably profesional. Thanks again.

Sam is the best! He is always on time, focuses on my trouble spots, and is very skilled with massage techniques. He is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable which is important because trust is important when getting a massage. The front desk staff are always pleasant and greet me when I come in and when I leave.

Janelle is fabulous and i highly recommend her.

Emma was knowledgeable and helpful. She paid attention to my preferences. I felt totally relaxed after she finished the massage. I plan to request her as my therapist for my next appointment.

The friendliness, ambiance (including cleanliness), and general comfort level that was provided always makes me feel comfortable. Some experiences elsewhere feel "snooty" and uninviting. The monthly schedule encouraged me to make this a "date night" for myself. Otherwise I would put it off as if too much of a luxury. All my experiences there have been very positive.

Everyone was very friendly and the massage therapist did a great job relieving my stuff and sore muscles. It felt so good i almost fell asleep on the table .

Process of being a member explained well. April was friendly and very knowledgeable of services, answered questions well. Service received was excellent - made me feel special - was concerned with my comfort and satisfaction.

I had a lovely visit to Hand & Stone. I was able to book a last minute experience for a friend and myself with ease. My facial was enjoyable, the esthetician’s flow was perfect and I came out feeling refreshed and my skin rejuvenated.

Mine and my wife's visit were via a Christmas gift from my parents. We still have two more visits each. This was only my second-ever massage, and while my first one (May 2017) was good, this one was excellent. In this instance I believe my masseuse, and her almost 10-years of experience, was the crucial difference. We had a polite and engaging conversation (which I prefer), and the time went by very quickly. It was by all measures a very pleasing and pleasant visit.
