Ginger is an exceptional and knowledgeable therapist. She is always so profesional and I can tell she always tries her best during the massages. Also she always covered the 60 min massage. When she was out due to health conditions I tried other therapist of the Spa. However, my experience with her was so disappointed, she did a 40 min massage and also didn’t had a clue of what a Linfatic drainage massage was. Definitely the way Ginger works is the reason why I am still a member of H&S.

Your website is truly completely awful. Frustrated after trying to login & book for a couple of days, finally gave up & called instead. The website is the reason for the poor score on appointment making. The people on phone & at location were absolutely wonderful. Glad I brought my mother for her birthday.

Always easy to get an appointment when we need one or within a reasonable amount of time. The staff always takes good care of us.
