Love James! He knows what he is doing! The receptionist had many people to take care of including phone calls while I was checking out and did so very professionally!

I enjoy being pampered and Hand and Stone sets up a very nice pampering environment.

Carolyn, the Esthetician, was very knowledgeable with Dermalogica products and professional in her approach to educate her clients. The room was comfortable and she took her time to explain her next steps as well as answer all my questions to my satisfaction.

The ambiance is very relaxing. The Aesthetician did a great job. I noticed a big improvement on my skin. The front lady was very pleasant.

My husband decided to take my appointment. The receptionist made it very easy to make this change. Carolyn was excellent!
