I was very disappointed when I found out Steven was gone. He was the only one I trusted there. I was going to cancel my membership too. The receptionist suggested I try Joshua. Great suggestion because he was awesome. I think it is important the receptionist be able to recommend a therapist when needed. She did good. I can't remember her name, sorry.

As a first time customer of a professional full massage, the receptionist during booking and arrival was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great and relaxing. The massage so great, I don’t know how I was allowing myself to miss out on this for so long. I will return time and time again to Hand and Stone.

My therapist Veronica did an amazing job and I was satisfied with everything she did . No one else like her . She goes , I think , above and beyond what I expected.

I've been going to Hand and Stone for over 2 years. The reception staff is always exceptional. My massage therapist, Rachel, is awesome. She is well trained and understands massage therapy. I love the Himalayan Salt Stones! The facility was always immaculate, but I was worried when COVID hit- after just one visit back, I realized they took cleanliness to the next level and I don't have to worry during my sessions. I highly recommend Hand and Stone at the Vineyard.

The therapist was fantastic and the receptionist was professional and courteous. Everything seemed very clean I just wish there was more sanitizers in the entrance and in the massage room but those are minor things everything else was perfect

I had never has a massage by a man. I didn’t think I would be comfortable so I avoided it. We scheduled late so a man was not avoidable in this circumstance. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.

One of the best massages I’ve ever received. My back has been killing me lately and I joked to my husband after that I may be half an inch taller now because I’m so relaxed. Ruben was awesome
