The overall friendliness of the staff and I always feel like a valued customer every time I visit.

Went in for relief for a sore muscle in neck/shoulder area. Area was addressed & I felt relief after massage ended. Pressure was sufficient. I was asked how the pressure was to the area which I appreciated.

Great session with Wendy. She worked on allimy trouble spots and was very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice.

Even though there were several changes to my appointment day/time, the manager agreed to comp my visit on December 24th when I requested it to ease my frustration. I felt the staff and manager were professional and understanding that it was no fault of mine as to why my appointment was changed numerous times. I felt appreciated and valued as a member and I got a great massage like always from Veronica!

Always friendly receptionist...Joshua is very professional, knowledgeable and always ask if I have specific areas that need extra attention for the massage
