I have found the Stone Oak location to offer consistently great customer service in all areas over the time I have been going there. Veronica is a cut above the rest when it comes to giving a much needed strong, therapeutic massage. And though there seems to be quite a large turnover at the front desk, each employee I've encountered has been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional at their task.

Therapist was charming and considerate. I will probably book her again in the future.

I love my therapist Giner! She is amazing and I love how she always makes me feel special. Not only is her message sessions amazing, but she has amazing customer service. I was only disappointed that my facial was canceled one hour prior to my appointment.
