I felt the staff were all very welcoming and respectful of my time and needs. My therapist was amazing in both bedside manner and skill. This was my first professional massage and I was blown away.

I wish there was a Hand & Stone closer to me, I would definitely purchase a membership. The Himalayan Salt Massage was wonderful and so relaxing. I added a cold stone facial massage and I have never felt so relaxed. I really believe it helped with my TMJ pain. Virginia was a wonderful therapist who used just the right pressure and was not at all chatty, which is something I appreciate when I am trying to relax. My evening appointment worked well with my schedule and I slept soundly for the first time in days.

I love the franchise, but we are moving to an island in a few months where there are no services, so that is the reason that I will terminate my membership
