I was highly satisfied

Everyone was very professional and did a great job checking in and out. Therapist was very good. Excellent service and nice location.

The massage therapist that i usually use was not available so i was put on another therapist schedule and he was just not what i am used to and a little heavy handed with pressure.

Not clear about the cost. I felt misled about the price and the membership info was very confusing

I have to ask for my points to be added every time. It takes several tries every time calling to get them added. I always book in advance. This should not be an issue.

I didn't mind some talking, but I didn't realize I was going to be a counselor. The massage was decent however the atmosphere was not as relaxing as I wanted. Next time I will say no talking.

I was satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. I found it relaxing and a good experience for the money. I requested and paid for a deep massage. It was a good message but not as deep as requested. I did enjoy it but will likely stick to the basic message in the future.

There can always be room for improvement. Products seem to be a little on the expensive side. Otherwise experience is always good.
