The conversation occurring in the room next door was very loud. It made it hard to relax.

Nothing unusual about a message. I thought there was upgrades.

I wanted more foot massage.

Paid $40 extra for CBD oil. Thought that it would be only oil used. Instead 2 oils were used.

Was called to add a facial to my service. Upon getting in the facial was upsold services and was mislead into how many packages it was going to use from my acct

I was satisfied that my target areas were addressed. However I did not receive a full a fully body made. My target areas consumed the whole 50 min time frame which I was not expecting.

I was satisfied with my experience. The esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. She was also thorough, which I appreciate :)

The male massage therapist seemed tense and awkward. His skills seemed to be appropriate, but seemed awkward. The other masseuse that worked with my wife was wonderful and helped fill in the gaps that were left by the male therapist. I tended to need to listen to the female therapist for general instructions.

Every time I check out, and I mean EVERY TIME, there is an issue with the computer system. The receptionist spends an exhausting amount of time trying to check you out, going from one computer terminal to the other, seeming confused and always saying that the computers are either slow, or they must call in the manager from the back room to fix it. Not her fault, but your computer system is LOUSY!!! No one should wait a LONG 10 minutes to check out after a supposedly relaxing service. That's one of the reasons I have cancelled my membership. Get a new system!!

I booked a hot stone,massage and he only used the stones for a minute or lwsson each part of my body, he just rubbed them on my body didn’t use the to massage I believe he just needs someone to show hi. How o do a hot stone massage
