It was such a treat to get a facial.

I had to have an emergency tooth pulled on the day of my apt- wasn't planned but a tooth broke, had to have emergency oral surgery. I called 6 hrs before my appointment when my tooth broke & I was excruciating pain to try & reschedule. Was told by receptionist I could only forfit my apt since was not 24 hrs before. I told my situation & they didn't care. So, after emergency oral surgery I showed, told the therapist he was very apologetic, it was especially bad because I really couldn't lay face down so was pretty much a waste of $. I understand working on appointments, as I do as well, buy this was an unexpected emergency. I didn't appreciate not being able to reschedule.

Great experience and looking forward to going again, I just wish it was a shorter drive. Considering finding a location closer to home. Sad to hear my favorite massage therapist had left.

My massage therapist didn't bother to read my lengthy intake form. I did not want my feet or hands massage yet she massaged my feet. Also I had to tell her twice that her pressure was too hard.

Well my appointment did begin few minutes after the time. Which means my times was a bit cut into

When in the therapy room the therapist offered me river stones or himalayan salt stones. I picked the salt stones, but at NO point was I advised of an extra cost to pick these stones. Only when I went to pay the account was I advised there was a $30 fee for the stones. The way it was presented to me was that I simply had a choice of stones to pick from. In addition to this, and also the treatment was great, she started 10 minutes late, and then finished 5 minutes early.

Asked to scheduled eyebrow wax with facial and never received it.

They charged different card for my service

It would be nice for Hand & Stone to change it so that if you book an hour massage you actually get an hour on the table. It’s false advertising to take 15 minutes off for changing.

My scheduled appointment/therapist was running “a little behind” I was told when I checked in but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. That’s more than a little behind.
