It was my first experience so I wasn’t sure about everything yet. I think everyone was nice but could be a little more friendly

Rooms were relaxing, staff was personable as well as professional. Just felt like I walked into a Dr.s office when I first walked in.

I would like to try the products before I purchase them. The products are expensive and I take a risk if I will like it or not. Having my esthetician use the product on me doesn't give me a true sense of the product. I understand you want to make money with product purchases, but as a client, I spend quite a bit on the facials. Also as a member, I should be able to try the product first, you know I'm returning.

I wish that when paying for an hour massage that I get a full 60 minutes of massage not 50 minutes.

I don’t like feeling pressured to buy products after I paid for a facial. I don’t mind being recommended products but someone pulling them to purchase at the desk is a little bit of an overkill. When did they start trying to sell products? I go there for comfort and relaxation. I pay a lot to go there monthly. If I want products I’ll ask for them.

Faith doing my facial was very knowledgeable. She recommended products, listened to my needs and I didn't feel rushed. My skin felt incredible! I will return to her for her recommended facial next time.

Too expensive for a facial and staff seems greedy asking for a $30 tip

My massage was nice and needed. My facial was nice and needed I just wish she were more abrasive with the microdermabrasion. I also like my chin and neck being included.

I was asked what concerns I had for a facial and I stated hydration for the skin. I was given a couple of options and I asked how much they were, she told me $40 and I specifically said I did not want anything extra, just a facial. When I checked out, they charged me $20 extra, I told them I didn’t get anything extra, my charge sheet had LED on it, I did not get the LED, told the receptionist and was still charged $20 over the cost of the facial. I felt taken advantage of, especially since I specifically said I don’t want anything extra.

The techs keep leaving after a great experience then they leave This is disapointing
