I always enjoy my visit. The receptionist(s) are always pleasant and Wendi always does a great job. 2 suggestions: when a survey has been completed the $5 discount should be listed in your system for those of us who do not bring our phones in and points earned should be able to be used for what upgrades we want. I have several points but don’t use them because I’m not interested in the upgrades they can be used for.

First visit took a long time to check out. Second visit was almost as long. Once you are relaxed & have spent over an hour getting into a relaxed state it greatly takes alway from that needed experience

I don’t feel Like the therapist I have had are fluid in their massages. I feel mostly the Massage is rushed and all over the place rather than true flowing massage.

My massage therapist was relatively young and I suspect somewhat inexperienced.

I was asked if I wanted the massage therapist to wear a mask and replied yes. She did not wear a mask during my visit. When asked to turn over I put my mask back on. Given the close proximity I feel more comfortable with the therapist wearing a mask. Don’t know if the front desk communicated it to the therapist.

Devona is always very professional and does an excellent service. I was also very pleased with my massage by Chrystal. Always enjoy my services.

The experience was all together a positive one. The available times were not ideal as it is rather difficult to plan out a time far in advance due to the nature of my job. I did not get as much relief from this session as I have gotten in the past.

Expected more of a spa like experience, nowhere to freshen up or change other than the massage room itself. The ambiance and level of relaxation just wasn’t to my preference. I loved the therapists technique I have no dissatisfaction with the quality of my massage.

Overall good experience and massage. Therapist wasn’t especially friendly ( it unfriendly, just bland). Also he did concentrate on specific areas requested in intake and consultation. But still a good massage.

I waited 10 or more minutes to check out after my visit. There were 2 people at the front desk - one on a lengthy phone call and the other checking people out, buying gift cards, etc. not sure there was anything that could be done but I lost the relaxed feeling I had after my service.
