Hand and Stone

The only reason I return to Hand and Stone is because of Wendy. Past experiences have not been great with other staff members.

I felt the price was high

I pay for 1 hour service and got exactly 40 mins this last service. I explained some problem areas and got more of just a rub down vs therapeutic massage.

Appointments in the pass have been concealed. However the reception was very helpful this time

Therapist was good with massage but not as gentle with repositioning of arms/legs, as she could’ve been.

Cashier unfamiliar with membership fee and discounts..

Massage was Great but the massage was suppose to be a relaxing experience but there were some employees outside of the room that were talking and laughly quite loudly. This interrupted my relaxing experience. The message therapist was Great and did her best to help me relax.

I was satisfied. I rarely or never give highly satisfied

I was happy with the massage therapist and the aesthetician. The manager also helped with my having an enjoyable experience.

The manager arrived late for my husband‘s massage he waited 30 minutes in the parking lot He was rescheduled till later in the day and told he would get a free upgrade of hot stones He then was charged for the upgrade the manager said it was unforeseen circumstances but it was obvious she was just late his facial in my facial were excellent but the manager needs some work on customer recovery
