Overall wonderful experience. Way too many phone calls, texts, and emails reminding and confirming appointment. Once would have been sufficient, but we received all 3 forms of confirmation on the days leading up to the appointment as well as the day of the appointment. It was too many times.

I am just in the process of finding my new therapist so I will give each one a two time trial until I select one. I believe every service and person has the potential to improve no matter how good they are.

The therapist made me fell relaxed and comfortable before during and after the massage. The music was at a good level. The bed was nice and warm.

I have a membership I have 9 open appts and if I cancel my membership I lose my appts if I dnt book within 90 days , the price went up and if I would continue to pay extra $10 a month I won’t lose my appts . I think that’s unfair so I will not be returning after I try to use all my paid appts

As a member the price went up, as a member each person has to pay for a couple in my opinion it should be the ten dollars for a couple. Then as a member you should have the same price and privilege for one year and then renew at your new price.

Felt badgered about “promotion” at the end of visit. No time to process information, especially for that price per month. Give more time to make a fully informed decision. Could be a very good investment, but information scattered at you. Massage was good. Had no idea what products were being put on my face. Felt like a dermatologist visit at one point. Was unsure about putting flip flops on- wanted to put on my own. Seemed like a lot of “changing” of “outfits,” which equals a lot more laundry to be done. Felt a little “different “ using “Gift Card.” Gratuity envelope process is ugly, especially when other clients present. I left gratuity in room & did not leave enough according to your standards.

My therapist did not massage my hands or feet . She seemed shy and did not even do my thighs or near my buttocks .(hip area) I could have had more massages in my shoulders which was my bad area too
