Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. The waiting area was so calm and quiet I wanted to curl up in the chair and take a nap. There really should be a scheduled nap time on the warm table after they get through with you😆

My therapist was very thorough, gentle and kind. She was the best that I have experienced at H&S so far. I will request her in the future.

The therapist, Suann Lee was excellent. She went above and beyond her call of duty and she did a wonderful job.

Very satisfied with the services that I receive at your facility and Crystal is an outstanding masseuse however the only recommendation I would request is that the music that is played during the massage is not very relaxing. I've noticed it's mainly used with trumpets and other instruments whereas a more natural sounding music such as birds chirping, ocean waves, cricket sounds, rain storms and sounds would be more appreciated. More positive music and more soothing.... it sounds like it's the same sound of trumpets and instruments it's not very relaxing but I try relax still. Just a suggestion on the music other than that love your facility I love my massage lady Crystal
