My favorite therapist is Sheenay. She listens and recommends treatments to help with my back and neck pain and to relax. Used the massager on my last visit and it was great. I have an appointment this week to try cupping and CBD that she recommended.

Brittany did just what I asked. The lighting and music were very relaxing. Appointments are always on time. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Everyone was very professional. The receptionist was welcoming. The massage therapist was informative and answered any questions. She provided an excellent, relaxing massage.

As usual, getting my monthly massage is a real pleasure. I look forward to the visit, knowing I will feel better afterward. NOTE: I am mentioning this now because I do not know if I have a chance to do so later in this survey. I suggest you change your check-in process for recurring members...having to answer the same questions each and every time is ridiculous. How about having the receptionist ask me if I have any changes to my profile? More streamlined and less fuss.
