From start to finish everyone was friendly and the environment was relaxing. Everyone was helpful and kept me on schedule. Went from getting my first massage to being a member real quick. Have already recommended to everyone who would listen and will be back ASAP.

It is easy to make and schedule appointments. The esthetician listens and understands skin issues. I'm fully relaxed and taken care of throughout the appointment.

Little confusing as far as joining, like to understand all product

I found the pre registration very helpful so that I could get started on the facial after arrival. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. My skin needs, particular in my more sore areas of the neck from being clean shaven, were addressed.

I love that hot stone massage very therapeutic for tightness and muscle relaxation. Zay is extremely competent and talented as a massage person.

I was highly satisfied with staff. I feel the franchise insistence on vaccines and masks is an infringement on civil rights . You should reconsider your policies. Or you will lose business.

Both massage therapists (for myself and my husband) were very professional and skilled at massage. They listened to what we desired and gave us a great experience. We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. They made sure we were comfortable the entire visit.
