Kristie was very professional and listened to me explain my needs. She took my concerns and worked diligently on my problem areas. She asked me several times how I was feeling. I love my membership and all the staff that I encounter while there. Everyone is so nice.

My last appointment I just stopped in and got lucky to get a same day appointment But I have had problem in the past trying to call and make an appointment on the phone. No one ever answers. When I asked them why I was told that the receptionist don't answer the phones at the top of the hour because they are busy checking people in, to leave a message and they will call back, but they don't. I live an hour away and like to be able to plan my trip to PCB. I owned and operated my own spa for 10 years, my opinion, you have 2 receptionist, one could and should always answer the phone. It's called customer service. It doesn't take two to check someone in. And they could say "Excuse me" to the client checking in and answer the phone even if they have to ask the caller to hold please. Thank you much for your consideration of this matter.

My facial was great and she was super nice. The massage was ok, but will not book another one
